Full ceramic bearing

Full ceramic(FC series) ball bearing means bearing rings and balls are full ceramic material, ususally provides two material for rings and balls(Si3N4 or ZrO2).

1. Zirconia(ZrO2) material has perfect propriety such like suitable for low and high temperatures, high load capacity, corrosion resistance, nonmagnetic insulated and self lubrication. Thus it suit for the specific applications which are not available for bearing steel and hybrid construction ceramic ball bearing materials.

2. Silicon Nitride(Si3N4) material has similar propriety as ZrO2 material, besides it has low weight, good wear resistance, high hardness, and it can bears higher temperature than ZrO2 material.

3. Other material Silicon Carbide(SiC), Aluminum Oxide(Al2O3) also is available after request.
